Rules and Guidance
Under article 144 (a) of the EU Directive 2006/48/EC competent authorities are required to disclose the texts of laws, regulations, administrative rules, and general guidance used to transpose the Basel II related provisions of the Capital Requirements Directive, i.e. Directives 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC.
The content and level of detail of the information to be disclosed, under the above heading, has been agreed in the context of the common European supervisory disclosure framework developed by the European Banking Authority (EBA).
